Using a low level of Foamaid works to eliminate voids int he foamed cross section and on the part surface, improve process melt stability and reduce cell size with improved cell uniformity, improve surface quality, and reduce die build up and plate out. The development of a fine, controlled cell structure in extruded foamed parts is critical for finished part quality.
